分析ランを一覧表示
GET
/api/v1alpha1/runsワークスペースの分析ラン（Run）を新しい順に返します。
- アクセス: alphaを有効にしたAPI keyと
VIEW_INSIGHTS権限。 - フィルター:
video_id、status。 - ページング:
limitの既定値は25、最大は100。next_cursorをそのままcursorとして渡します。
この一覧のrun識別子をGET /api/v1alpha1/runs/{run_id}またはGET /api/v1alpha1/findings?run_id={run_id}で使ってください。

cursor?string
前の応答のnext_cursorとして返されたopaqueなcursorです。decode、編集、組み立てをせず、そのままcursorとして渡してください。
limit?number
1ページで返すresource数です。既定値は25で、1から100まで指定できます。

保存されたsource snapshotにこの動画識別子を含むrunだけを返します。
status?string
Coarse processing status for a run:
- queued: accepted and waiting to start.
- processing: work is in progress.
- completed: processing finished and the result can be read.
- failed: processing ended without a usable result.
- canceled: processing was stopped before completion. Use this field to filter analysis runs by status.
