分析ランを取得
GET
/api/v1alpha1/runs/{run_id}1件の分析ラン（Run）の現在の状態を返します。202受付後はこのエンドポイントをpollします。
- アクセス: alphaを有効にしたAPI keyと
VIEW_INSIGHTS権限。 - 確認する項目:
status、summary、nestederrorobject、case_id、report_id。 - 見つからない場合: 他のワークスペースのrunは、存在しない場合と意図的に区別できません。
検出結果の準備ができたらGET /api/v1alpha1/findings?run_id={run_id}へ進んでください。

- events: timeline event details.
- events.evidence: evidence attached to each timeline event.
- evidence: answer evidence details.
- provenance: curated provenance details.
- snapshots: stored profile, input, and output snapshot references.
- content: rendered report content.
- manifest: report trust bindings and evidence URLs. Expand depth is limited to two path segments. For this endpoint, use snapshots or provenance.
