レポートテンプレートversionを作成
POST
/api/v1alpha1/report-templates/{report_template_id}/versionsimmutableなversionを追加します。report templateは最大100個のversionを持てます。archivedまたはanonymousのtemplateはconflictで拒否します。

このPOSTを安全にretryするための任意のkeyです。keyは24時間保持され、request payloadと具体的なpath parameterと比較されます。
