List webhook deliveries

Returns the delivery attempts DeepFrame has made to one endpoint, newest first. This is where you look when an endpoint stops receiving events.

• Access: an alpha-enabled API key with the MANAGE_WEBHOOKS permission.
• Paging: limit defaults to 25, maximum 100. Pass next_cursor back unchanged as cursor.
• Each record shows: event_id, event_type, status, attempts, next_attempt_at, and the status code of the last response when there was one. The payload and the signing secret are never included.

When an attempt has been given up on, you can queue a fresh one with POST /api/v1alpha1/webhooks/{webhook_id}/deliveries/{delivery_id}/redeliver.
