List report-template versions

GET/api/v1alpha1/report-templates/{report_template_id}/versions

Returns every immutable version, including versions of archived templates.

Archive a report template DELETE

Archives the template instead of deleting it. The operation is idempotent and preserves every version.

Create a report-template version POST

Appends an immutable version. A report template can have at most 100 versions. Archived and anonymous templates reject new versions with a conflict.
